SUNDAY - SITTING AND THINKING

Catching myself reflecting on the little voice in the head that is looking to share my new chapter of manifesting marvelousness with my toxic ex-husband. Of course, I am not going to - there is no point, I am resisting the temptation to break 'radio silence' across social media.

Pondering what it is that makes us seek out the affirmation and validation of people who have clearly shown they are not interested and do not care.

Sharing our joy is a good thing - the key is sharing it with people who want to celebrate your wins with you.

Maybe there will always be a part of me that will grieve the fact that he simply did not want to or was incapable of sharing in my joyful life - a life I made joyful by the grace of Allah (swt) with my own hands.

I AM ENOUGH! AND MY EXISTENCE DOES NOT NEED VALIDATION FROM ANY MAN.
