Myth busting: That you have to work on your limiting beliefs

Identify, isolate, rewire & reframe all those trauma stories... gosh that really does sound unpleasant.

And here's the thing, it is not a permanent solution & still keeps you running on quicksand trying to catch up to changing circumstances.

Ok, so how is AWAKEN the joy within ©️ different to the other transformational coaching modalities?

Both say that the story we tell ourselves creates our experience

But the difference is in what to do with that nugget of information.

My 3 Principles Paradigm inspired AWAKEN framework is NOT going to take you on an arduous journey of identifying & rewiring your personal beliefs/story narrative.

You don't have to trek through past trauma, analyze it & reframe it in order to release it.

In fact, the reason the majority of talking therapies prove to be ineffective in the long run & fail to guide people into their innate OKness; is because they keep us in our heads & further embedding an incorrect view about the importance of our passing thoughts & feelings. And, that's because these clinical approaches completely disregard a key element at the core of our innate psycho-spiritual well-being; our Higher Self wisdom that energetically plugs us into the limitless Universe.

We are not the story in our heads & our nervous system response (emotions) only tells us about the quality of our thinking in that moment. Both ebb & flow like the tide & don't require us to chase them or control them in order to be OK

The answer to experience our innate well-being when we are not feeling OK is to tether our awareness to our ever present wisdom & float calmly on the surface of the waves of experience & external conditions; knowing that our joyful heartful wisdom will keep us afloat. And even if we get hit by a big wave that momentarily throws us off balance from our fearful thinking; we can rest assured the fear will evaporate automatically with the incoming fresh thought.

So long as we don't start paying attention to the unwanted thought & give it form & importance.

You don't focus on 'the problem' & create a solution to that thought created problem.

For effortless transformation you just need to:

1. Intuitively realise that joy is your factory default setting & it's only the bloatware of the stories in your head that obscure this connection.

Just like with our devices, we don't need to analyse all the added apps, we don't need to reprogram them or control them in anyway in order to free up space & return to the optimum functionality that we came out of the box with.

All we need to is have awareness that we are not in our wisdom in that moment as evidenced by glitches in our experience & simply decide to press UNINSTALL on the thinking in that moment that is causing the unwanted experience.

2. When we AWAKEN through the interplay of awareness, wisdom, appreciation, kindness, & equanimity that all arise from being 'in the now' then we get to taste our innate joy regardless of our circumstances.

We can't think our way into wisdom & good news is we don't have to.
